Celebrating Smiles to Mark International Haiku Poetry Day, April 17

This Saturday, April 17, marks International Haiku Poetry Day. In an effort to spark some creativity in a rough time, here at The Georgetowner we decided to celebrate smiles. Sure, we haven’t seen too many full smiles lately due to our masks, but we’re slowly but surely getting to the end of this COVID crisis.

We hope you enjoy these haikus honoring our unique and wonderful smiles, with a photo gallery to match!
