On April 5th, VUE will host a special Japanese Whisky Dinner, complete with a curated 3-course meal and pairings from High Road Spirits. From the Green Tea Gin Rickey to the Shiitake Crusted Cod, the entire menu takes inspiration from traditional Japanese ingredients and dishes.
