Clyde’s Restaurant Group, which began in Georgetown in 1963, is now owned by a company created by a spinoff from the 2013 purchase by Jeff Bezos of the Washington Post, once owned by the Graham family.
Expect to see such items as chicken meatballs, grilled and skewered veggies, tofu on a stick and shrimp teriyaki. Owner Aung Myint is also looking forward to bringing a dish called “hoi jor” to the menu.
