This class will give practical and uplifting explanations of how we can transform our day-to-day lives – including even the most demanding and difficult situations – into opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development. Ancient meditations that have been tried and tested for centuries will be brought alive and made relevant to our everyday experiences. By pointing the way to an unchanging freedom and happiness, this immensely relevant class will challenge us to grow, making a remarkable impact on our life. Everyone welcome.

Registration will open five (5) days before event.

GUIDED MEDITATION
Each class begins with guided breathing meditation, to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace.

TEACHING
Gen Demo will then give a practical teaching based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives.

CONCLUDING MEDITATION
The class concludes with a guided meditation to help us mix our mind with the teaching and take it to heart. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.

This online course is available to anyone who would have the intention to attend the talk in person at KMC DC if it were possible.

* The online course will be accessible for 48 hours, when pre-registered. *
