We often have trouble letting go of experiences from the past. Holding onto the past can often affect the way we view ourselves and others. It can also damage our confidence and affect how we respond to current situations. We can remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt and this limits our ability to live our life to the fullest. Through training in meditation we can learn to let go of the past.
In this Friday Night Lecture we will explore how what we are holding onto an idea about what happened in the past. By developing our wisdom recognizing the impermanent nature of things we can learn to let go and free ourselves to move forward with a positive and beneficial outlook.

CONCLUDING MEDITATION
The class concludes with a guided meditation to help us mix our mind with the teaching and take it to heart. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.
