Rose Park’s Spring Fling

At the April 23 Spring Fling, numerous neighborhood children, alongside their parents, enjoyed pony rides, a petting zoo, free ice cream and pizza. Organized by the Friends of Rose Park, thanks to Katie Battle and Katherine Nix, as well as financial support of Nancy Taylor-Bubes-Washington Fine Properties.
The Rose Park Farmers Market at 26th and O Streets opens May 3 and continues each Wednesday, 3 to 7 p.m., until Oct. 25.
