NBC News 4 reported that the daughter of a diplomat stabbed a 13-year-old fellow student at the British International School in Georgetown shortly before 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 4, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Stabbed twice in the back, the boy was taken to Children’s National Medical Center. He was said to be conscious and alert.
The police told News 4 that the assailant was detained but will not be prosecuted. A motive for the stabbing, if known, was not disclosed.
