New York Times bestselling author David Baldacci and Michelle, his spouse, will become the first recipients of the Smithsonian Libraries Legend Award on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 6 p.m., at the Smithsonian Castle located at 1000 Jefferson Drive SW in Washington, D.C.
