The 32nd Annual Giant BBQ Battle celebrates community, unity and inclusiveness and has raised millions of dollars for District charities over the years including the USO, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Capital Area Food Bank. Celebrate the kickoff to summer and enjoy lots of free product & food samples in the Taste of Giant Sampling Pavilion, Alliance Smoke Show, Giant World of Flavors, Taste of Summer, Giant Chill Zone, Health and Wellness, and Giant Corks to Caps tasting tents. Enjoy nonstop live entertainment on two stages; meet celebrity chefs and TV personalities; see live cooking demos during a weekend filled with special attractions such as the Monster Energy Block Party; the Monumental Sports Zone featuring Washington Wizards, Capitals, Mystics, Capital City Go-Go; BBQ legends competing in multiple contests; the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating contest (qualifier); and MORE… all under the BBQ Summer Games XXXII theme.
