Spring Break is taking flight at The Capital Wheel every day from March 22 to April 1. A perfect day trip down to spin on The Capital Wheel, take in the spectacular views of The Flight Deck, a play at Spirit Park Carousel and Playground along with tons of fun activities in National Harbor.
