The 42nd annual awards dinner by the American Hellenic Institute was held March 11 at the Capital Hilton. The Hellenic Heritage Achievement & National Public Service Awards went to Dr. Van Coufoudakis of Indiana and Purdue universities, Paul Glastris of the Washington Monthly, surgeon George Korkos and businessman Dennis Mehiel.
