Open the Door to Ultra Violet

Pantone announced its selection for the 2018 Color of the Year: Ultra Violet, a blue-based purple shade that, according to Pantone, “suggests the mysteries of the cosmos, the intrigue of what lies ahead, and the discoveries beyond where we are now. The vast and limitless night sky is symbolic of what is possible.”
Historically, purples have been associated with individuals known for their creativity, uniqueness, influence and excellence. You might say that it’s the color of ambition, an inspiring thought for our lives and homes in the new year.
