At the Families Belong Together March in Washington, D.C., tens of thousands assembled in Lafayette Square across from the White House before marching in the direction of the U.S. Department of Justice. It was the largest of hundreds of marches that took place across the United States on Saturday, June 30, to demand that the Trump administration reunite families separated at the U.S.-Mexico border.
