Fireworks for Chamber Dance Project

The Anchors Away Bash at the Capital Yacht Club on the Wharf benefited the Chamber Dance Project on March 2 and its new season in June at Harman Hall. From the boats, The Pearl and Almost Heaven, partygoers, yachters and landlubbers were treated to a Mardi Gras fireworks display and then enjoyed the club get-together — saluted by Diane Coburn Bruning, founder and artistic director of Chamber Dance Project, who was wearing her father’s WWII navy officer’s jacket.
