As the pandemic eases, Halloween came back for 2021 in full force over the weekend. House decorations amused, parties abounded and children trick-or-treating delights. Parent and dog were also dressed for the spooky day. It was wonderful to see families walking around Georgetown enjoying the sights and meeting each other.
