The Capital Pride Alliance is kicking off Pride 2024 with lots of events, including the annual Parade, Pride on the Pier, Pride Concert, and more.
Capital Pride Honors
Friday, May 31
7:30-11 p.m.
The Capital Pride Alliance honors individuals, activists, and leaders in the National Capital Region who have furthered causes important to the LGBTQ+ community.
Capital Pride 17th Street Block Party
Saturday, June 8
12 noon-10 p.m.
The annual Block Party on 17th Street will feature local food, adult beverages, and various activities in celebration of Pride.
Capital Pride Parade
Saturday, June 8
3-7:30 p.m.
The historic Capital Pride Parade runs through the Shaw, Logan Circle, Downtown and Penn Quarter neighborhoods. It is one of the largest Pride Parades in the Nation’s Capital.
Pride on the Pier
Saturday, June 8
2-10 p.m.
Don’t miss the fireworks display presented by the Leonard Litz LGBTQ+ Foundation.
Capital Pride Concert
Sunday, June 9
12 noon-10 p.m.
Featuring Ava Max, Billy Porter and special guest KeKe Palmer.
