ABOUT BREAST CANCER ALLIANCE (BCA): The mission of BCA is to improve survival rates and quality of life for those impacted by breast cancer through better prevention, early detection, treatment and cure. To promote these goals we invest in innovative research, breast surgery fellowships, regional education, dignified support and screening for the underserved. While our education and outreach and fellowship grants are limited in their geographic reach, we have expanded our research grant funding for novel, innovative, early stage research to a national level. This event will not only help to build awareness of our work as we grow, but our partnership with DC-area institutions will also allow us to support your local community, both through education and funding.
