This June, renowned, Vermont-based cheese brand Cabot Creamery is sending a food truck to DC. The Cabot Cruiser features a chef-curated menu of cheesy treats from — “Seriously Pimento Grilled Cheese” to “Mac & Cheese the Day.” DC residents can spot the truck at:
