Celebrate the World Culture Festival at Martin’s Tavern

Martin’s Tavern will be participating in the World Culture Festival taking place Friday evening 9/29 through Sunday afternoon 10/1.
In conjunction with the festivities on the Mall, stop by Martin’s to try two dishes they have created to celebrate the World Culture Festival:
Moroccan Lentil Hummus Toast
Whole grain toast topped with Moroccan lentil hummus, Persian cucumbers, parsley,
heirloom cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, dill, Feta cheese, Tabbouleh.
Lomo Saltado Risotto
Marinated tender strips of sirloin stir-fried with soy sauce, chopped red onions, juicy tomatoes and parsley, served over creamy risotto.
