Chakra Color Immersion: Awakening Creativity Through Energy & Art with Uyen Nguyen
In this two-hour workshop, explore the seven chakras through guided meditation, color theory, and intuitive artmaking, using chakra colors as a foundation for creative expression.
Participants will receive an introduction of the chakra system and its associated colors, emotions, and energies and experience a guided chakra meditation which will also help bring balance and harmony to each main energy point.
Attendees will have the chance to explore color and emotion and then translate their creative flow onto canvas.
The workshop will conclude with a sharing circle and a gentle grounding exercise to reflect on and how to continue using chakra awareness in creative practices.
