This course is designed to help participants (teens ages 14 to 18) get comfortable with drawing, which serves as the foundation for other art forms. Through a series of exercises and projects, students will develop their skills in fast sketching, contour drawing, and observational drawing from still life and human figures. The main focus is to enjoy the process and train the eye to register different forms and shapes with ease and sensitivity.
The course is divided into three main sections:
1. Introduction to Fast Sketching
2. Contour Drawing
3. Drawing from Observation
