Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay will provide a socially-distanced Easter brunch at its Water’s Edge Grille on Sunday, April 4.
The menu will feature a variety of delicious dining options including oysters in a half shell, chilled and poached shrimp, made-to-order omelets, fresh salads with house-made dressings, rosemary-crusted prime rib, and Virginia ham topped with a roasted pineapple honey glaze. Guests can also enjoy a variety of desserts including snickerdoodle cheesecake, a strawberry pistachio torte, milk chocolate panna cotta, and more.
