Foggy Bottom Book Crawl
On Sunday, September 21, 2025 (from 11 am until 2 pm), Foggy Bottom West End Main Street and Litbox are teaming up to host the first-ever Foggy Bottom Book Crawl: a free, walkable celebration of local DC authors and storytelling set across six neighborhood venues in Foggy Bottom.
The lineup includes some of D.C.’s most acclaimed voices, such as:
Kyla Sommers (When the Smoke Cleared: The 1968 Rebellions and the Unfinished Battle for Civil Rights in the Nation’s Capital)
Ozekie Nwoka (God of Mercy)
Patricia Coral (Women Surrounded by Water)
Alexandra Petri (Alexandra Petri’s U.S. History)
Aaron Hamburger (Hotel Cuba)
Attendees will enjoy author readings, Q&As, book signings, and conversations that showcase the city’s culture, history, and creative energy, all while exploring local businesses in Foggy Bottom.
