Danny Schweers, a studio instructor at the Delaware Art Museum, will show you the basics of Adobe Photoshop software, with an emphasis on layers and how to use them to stack images, create masks, and add type, as well as how to use adjustment layers with their various blend modes. He will show you how to make negatives for printmaking and how to do a mirror-reverse as well. In particular, he will show you various ways to use layer masks to adjust specific areas while leaving others untouched.
