Opening night in Ballston, thanks to a partnership with Marymount University will feature renowned soprano Sharon Christman singing songs of Franz Schubert, Leonard Bernstein, Fanny Mendelssohn, Richard Strauss and some thrilling instrumental music.
But that’s not all! Get ready to be swept away by one of Puccini’s most beloved arias, “O Mio Babbino Caro.”
The second half of the program will spotlight Ms. Christman singing Schubert’s famous song “Die Forelle” (The Trout) followed by NCE’s performance of Franz Schubert’s exciting Die Forelle Piano Quintet of the same name.
