The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner’s Chef Ahmed Masouleh and Poopak Golesorkhi, renowned DC-based event planner, will be hosting “Persia,” a pop-up dining restaurant where guests will experience unforgettable traditional Persian cuisine inspired by the the art of Persian flavors and influences. From October 6-7, 2023, attendees will enjoy a family-style dining experience aligned with the Persian culture of sharing food, which will include a wide array of authentic dishes such as Kashk Bademjan (Smoky Eggplant Dip), Zeytoon Parvardeh (Olive and Walnut Dip), Koo Koo Sabzi (Herb Frittata), Fesenjan (Pomegranate Walnut Stew), Saffron Marinated Chicken and Apricots, and more.
