Spring Wine Fling, presented by Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW), returns on the first day of spring, March 20, through March 31.
The annual dining promotion, highlighting food and wine pairings at participating restaurants across the DC region, offers a two-course dinner with two glasses of wine for $55 per person.
As spring approaches, diners can enjoy thoughtfully selected wine pairings alongside seasonal menus crafted by local chefs. Each restaurant will design a two-course menu featuring an appetizer and entrée, either from their existing offerings or as a special dish for the event. The wine pairings will be chosen to complement each course, creating a unique dining experience at an approachable price. Spring Wine Fling is available for dinner service only.
