SYNERGY, a combination art gallery and fashion show, will fully represent the merged artistic expressions from the world of fashion design and that of visual art.
Adorning the walls of the gallery will be the stunning artwork of fine artist Simone Agoussoye, a native to the DMV area. Agoussoye’s portfolio of increasingly recognizable masterpieces includes oversized portraits of varying mediums – including oils, acrylics, and even crushed glass fragments – breathtaking landscapes, and stirring abstracts. After a long hiatus, Agoussoye picked up her paint brush four years ago and hasn’t put it down since. As a result, her work has been featured in and on many publications, exhibitions, galleries, bookstores, entertainment networks and platforms.
Michael A Taylor, tailor, published fashion designer for TaylorAntonio brand, and DC resident, with a passion for colors, prints, and a keen eye for detail will have on live display his looks for the upcoming fashion seasons. TaylorAntonio brand is best known for it’s bold take on formal wear, including bright and colorful dresses and statement-making, colorful neckties. All of the pieces from the self taught designer’s 2020 collection will be available for an up close look by attendees. TaylorAntonio plans to bring beautiful hand made garments fit for the red carpet.
