Chilcano Festival

Raise a glass to one of Peru’s most beloved cocktails with Chilcano Festival. Welcome spring to Washington, D.C. with five limited-time macerados, available for two weeks only. Enjoy them separately or as a trio in the Chilcano Festival Flight. Perfect for brunch or pre-dinner drinks on the patio, this bright, effervescent drink is a must sip. Cheers!

Menu items include Chilcano con hibisco, Chilcano con pimienta de Szechuan and the classic Chilcano, made with Caravedo pisco, lime, Amargo Chuncho bitters, FeverTree ginger ale.

Tequila & Mezcal Festival

Tequila & Mezcal Festival is Oyamel’s annual celebration of the rich history and exciting future of agave spirits in Mexico with two weeks of special events, cocktails, and dishes. The festival will feature a number of special dishes and beverages (menu available upon request), as well as two exclusive experiences:

• Tequila & Mezcal Chef’s Experience Dinner  – March 13/ 6:30pm/ $100 per person
  • Oyamel Head Chef Omar Rodriguez invites you to celebrate the rich history and exciting future of agave spirits in Mexico with a one-night-only Chef’s Experience Dinner. Inspired by the culinary traditions and unique ingredients from Mexico’s agave producing states, each dish in this five-course menu is paired with a cocktail, including festival specials. As you sip and savor each course, Chef Rodriguez and the Oyamel beverage team will share the inspiration and techniques behind each element.
• Tequila & Mezcal Agave Experience – March 20/ 6:30pm/ $65 per person
  • Explore the exciting world of agave with a cocktail demonstration led by Azael Salgado, Oyamel Asst. General Manager and agave expert, as part of our annual Tequila & Mezcal Festival. As you enjoy snacks from the Oyamel kitchen, watch Azael build five cocktails, including festival specials and our signature sips, and learn the techniques and spirits that make them special while you sip each. ¡Salud
