Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is hosting an extravagant Thanksgiving meal at its Water’s Edge Grill.
The buffet will feature a wide selection of classic holiday dishes including slow cooked stuffed prime rib, balsamic Dijon ham with a brown sugar glaze, roasted turkey, sweet potato casserole, and more. Diners can also enjoy fresh seafood selections including chilled cherrystone clam & mussel escabeche, J.M Clayton crab ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and a chili garlic-glazed sea bass. The meal will also include dining option for children, from popcorn chicken to macaroni and cheese, as well as a variety of house-made desserts including an old-fashioned apple cobbler, a Lyon Rum bundt cake, and a variety of pies.
