Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina will provide an extravagant holiday buffet for Thanksgiving.
The holiday meal will be available on Thursday, November 23 between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the resort’s newly-renovated ballroom. The menu will feature a carving table with a variety of main dish options including cowboy tomahawk steaks with a cabernet-rosemary jus, free range turkey with giblet gravy and orange cranberry sauce, and a honey-bourbon-glazed pit ham, and plantain-crusted mahi tuna. The meal will also feature local Eastern Shore favorites including snow crab legs, Maryland deviled eggs with J.M. Clayton crab meat, oysters on a half shell, and chilled shrimp.
Diners can also enjoy gourmet salad selections, local cheese and cured meats, and traditional holiday side dishes including garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato mousseline, butternut squash bisque and oyster stuffing featuring Hoopers Island oysters. The meal will also feature special dining options for children including macaroni and cheese and chicken strips, as well as a variety of house-made desserts including pumpkin pie, caramel cheesecake and butter pecan cake pops.
The holiday dinner is $79.95 for adults, $39.98 for children ages 12 and older, and children between the ages of six and 11 pay their age.
