Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, a waterfront resort located on 342 acres of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, announces its Thanksgiving dining experiences for resort guests and local residents. The resort will provide an extravagant holiday buffet in its newly-renovated ballroom, as well as a special Thanksgiving meal at its Water’s Edge Grille restaurant.
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay will provide a special Thanksgiving plate at its Water’s Edge Grill.
The three-course plate option begins with a harvest chopped salad with green apple, Asian pear, pistachio and a tarragon yuzu vinaigrette. The main course includes a turkey plate with white and dark meat, garlic mashed potato, glazed carrots, sage-sausage stuffing, orange cranberry sauce, and giblet gravy. For dessert, guests can enjoy a slice of house-made pumpkin pie.
The Thanksgiving plate will be available at Water’s Edge Grill on Thursday, November 23. It is $28 for adults and $14 for children. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling the resort directly at (410) 901-1234.
