The Armed Forces Cycling Classic, presented by The Boeing Company, returns to Arlington, V.A., June 9-10, 2018. The Washington, D.C. area’s premier cycling event, now in its 21st year, offers professional and amateur races that challenge riders and benefit members of the U.S. armed forces.
The weekend’s family-friendly event begins on Saturday, June 9, with the Clarendon Cup, one of the nation’s premier professional bike race traditions. The action continues Sunday, June 10, first with the Challenge Ride, offering a closed course to cycling enthusiasts of all abilities. The race for the Crystal Cup follows, pitting professional and amateur racers from around the world in a series of exciting criterium races. Free races for children nine and under will be held both days, in addition to the lifestyle and sponsor expo.
