The Congressional Chorus is excited to premiere our final virtual concert of the 2020-2021 season – ¡Viva La Música! The Sounds of Latin America – available to stream on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 8PM ET on our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/congchorus.
Performed by the Congressional Chorus and a host of collaborators, this end-of-season celebration will include several musical selections in different languages and dialects from the Latin American communities, including Spanish and Portuguese, to honor the Latinx artists who changed our country’s musical landscape. The program will also feature contributed works from Latinx artists and poignant reflections from our members on their experiences this season.
