‘Seussical’
In this musical — presented by Encore Stage and recommended for age 4 and older — beloved Dr. Seuss characters including the Cat in the Hat and Horton the Elephant learn about friendship, loyalty and community. Capital Fringe: ‘50 Ways to Date your Aubrey’
As part of the Capital Fringe Festival, Nu Sass Productions presents a tragicomedy about non-monogamy: “50 Ways to Date your Aubrey,” an incomplete guide to dating someone who’s been looking for love in all the places. Seersucker Garden Soiree
On Friday, July 27, at 7:15 p.m., the International Club of DC presents a Seersucker Garden Soiree at the Woodrow Wilson House, 2340 S St. NW. Participants will step back in time, experiencing the elegance of the roaring ’20s with an evening of music and dancing under the stars to a live band. Camp Newseum Nights

Meet the Mules
Georgetown Heritage and the National Park Service invite area residents to meet Dolly and Eva, the two mules (now based in Great Falls) who used to pull the Georgetown canal boat along the C&O Canal. Park rangers and volunteers will be on hand at this free event on Saturday, July 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fish Market Square, the corner of Grace and Potomac Streets. Happy Hour on the Harbor
