Brought to you by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington: yet another delicious week of new restaurants and fine dining — a tasty deal that’s easy on the purse strings.
D.C.’s favorite summer culinary event is back, today through Aug. 21. With 250 participating restaurants, customers have a wide variety of foods to satisfy every taste bud.
A wide array of foods will be represented, from classic Southern-cooked meals to savory Mediterranean dishes. Among the restaurants taking part are Pizzeria Vetri, Mastro’s Steakhouse and Al Tiramisu. A complete list is available here.
With this special, customers can enjoy a three-course lunch for $22, as well as a three-course dinner for $35. Some locations may only offer either lunch or dinner with the special.
Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to experience new places to eat across the D.C. area, where customers can try new restaurants by dining from prix-fixe menus. The event has several sponsors, including American Express, My Moving Guys and Open Table.
In addition, there will be a Restaurant Week Diner Rewards program, in which participants can earn prizes such as a Caribbean cruise for two on Celebrity Cruises or three-month in-home water delivery by Mountain Valley Spring Water. Visit the RAMW website to save a spot at your favorite restaurants and have the chance to win one of these prizes.
