Das Gets Its TV Moment

Chef Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster Harlem, Ginny’s Supper Club, Marcus at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in Bermuda, Norda Bar & Grill in Gothenburg, Sweden, and more) will be focusing on Washington’s Ethiopian cuisine in his Aug. 14 episode of “No Passport Required,” now on PBS. Outside of Ethiopia, Washington, D.C. has the largest population of Ethiopians in the world. The Ethiopian-born and Swedish-raised Samuelsson was also a guest chef at the White House.
