Where to Watch Super Bowl LIII

If you won’t be in Atlanta, on your couch or on someone else’s couch this Sunday, Feb. 3, you can watch Super Bowl LIII at one of the D.C-area taverns throwing a party (see below). Kickoff time, after Gladys Knight sings “The Star-Spangled Banner,” is 6:30 p.m. The halftime show will feature Maroon 5, Travis Scott and Big Boi. Go Pats … I mean, Rams!

This new restaurant’s Super Bowl watch party begins at 5:30 p.m., with happy hour-priced drinks all night. The game will be screened on a full-wall projector.

At this Georgetown landmark, you can watch the game on the 52-inch big screen or the TVs at the bar. “Sound will be up for the commentary by Jim Nantz and Tony Romo.” You can also enter to win a $75 Martin’s gift certificate by guessing the total number of points scored by both teams.
Pizzeria Paradiso, 3282 M St. NW
From 6 p.m. until the end of the third quarter, there will be a free pizza bar to go with patrons’ beer. Buckets of craft beer will be $20.
Church Hall, 1070 Wisconsin Ave. NW
Starting at noon, Church Hall — downstairs next to the Georgetown Park parking garage pedestrian entrance — will feature a Georgetown Hoyas Men’s Basketball (vs. Villanova) watch party, followed by Super Bowl LIII. Boasting 28 different brews at a minimum, Church Hall will offer Hoyas/Super Bowl specials, including $3 Narragansett Lager, $5 Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA, $6 sweet potato tots and $7 nachos.
