President Donald J. Trump delivered his third State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Feb. 4. Some likened the highly partisan speech to a combination campaign rally and television reality show. Notably, the president made no reference to his lingering impeachment trial.
