Coming fall 2023, the historic 2900 block of M Street NW in Georgetown will be reimagined with modern office and retail space. There are plans for 8,800 square feet of fully renovated trophy creative office space. Ceiling heights will be 11 feet, with lots of natural light and exposed brick walls.
The reimagining is a retail lover’s dream, a unique co-tenant opportunity for five to nine retail brands. There will be flexible retail space options from 800 up to 7,000 square feet available. There is also a huge opportunity for a flagship store location of up to 75,000 square feet at the corner of M Street and Pennsylvania Ave. NW.

This new project is by the Meridian Group, Martin Diamond Properties, Stream, Miller Walker Real Estate and J Street Companies.
