Wine & Dine 2025 featured renowned Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs nationwide cooking alongside Chef Mina for two full days of culinary festivities.

This year’s talent included Chef Michael Mina (Bourbon Steak, Aqua Bistecca) and Quentin Welch (Executive Chef, Bourbon Steak DC), the two-day event brings together an extraordinary roster of chefs, including Carlos Delgado (Causa + Amazonia, James Beard Award winner, Best Chef Mid-Atlantic), Henji Cheung (Queen’s English), and Will Patton (Press Club, beverage program).

Held November 13-14, Wine and Dine transformed the iconic Four Seasons Hotel into a haven for food lovers, a two-day celebration of cuisine and philanthropy in the heart of the nation’s capital. The event kicked off with an elegant reception on the 14th, followed by the renowned Celebrity Chefs Dinner on the 15th. Among the VIPS, attendees included Tammy Haddad, Kenneth Samet, Wolf Blitzer, David Burke, Matt Wilson, and more.
