2019 Citi Open Breaks All Records

Citi presented a $50,000 check to the Washington Tennis & Education Foundation from funds raised on the grounds during this year’s tournament.

There was plenty of stormy behavior on the tennis court, with several thrown and broken racquets, along with a “shoe gate” controversy which stopped play during the men’s quarterfinals.
