Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, announces a unique brunch for Mother Day’s. The meal will take place in the resort’s newly-renovated Waters Edge Grill and will feature a blend of coastal cuisine and delicious breakfast favorites.
The brunch will take place on Sunday, May 12 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. It will feature a selection of breakfast staples including buttermilk pancakes and challah french toast various breakfast meats and potatoes. The meal will also include a variety of fresh seafood and curated meats including cedar-roasted salmon, oysters, crab, and bone-in short rib. Diners can also enjoy fresh salads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie, gourmet salads, and freshly baked pastries.
Adult guests can visit the resort’s Mimosa Bar, where they can build their drinks with a selection of different juice bases.
