•Will France win the World Cup this Sunday, the day after Bastille Day? Saturday, too, will be très sportif, with a “Baseball Americana” family day and an Argentina Heritage polo match. In between Capital Fringe shows, why not spend time outdoors this weekend, cleaning up Theodore Roosevelt Island, picnicking with sculptures at the Kreeger Museum and listening to folk and Southern rock in Rose Park?
