Hoedown on R Street for Stroud Foundation

Folks were hoppin’ and stompin’ at the third annual Hoedown to benefit the Stroud Foundation for Children with Learning Differences, held Sept. 17 at the R Street home of Brooke and Stephane Carnot. Neighbors and family supporters wore their colorful cowgirl or cowboy best on the full-moon night.
