The Georgetown-Burleith-Hillandale Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC 2E) will hold its November meeting, 6:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 1, virtually — via Zoom or a conference call. The following is the agenda, as provided by ANC 2E.
