As 2023 winds down, we decided to list some of our top real estate stories over the past year. Our year began with the announcement of GCAAR’s new 2023 Board of Directors. In early spring, we remembered the incredible life of P. Wesley “Wes” Foster. We feted 90 years of the Georgetown House Tour, talked to real estate maven Terri Robinson, and caught everyone up on 14 new residences around town in July.
