Historic Congressional Cemetery to Launch Public Art Program
Historic Congressional Cemetery is launching a new public art program. D.C.-based artist Tommy Bobo will have an interactive installation at a memorial site in the historic acreage of the cemetery. A small group of mirrored sculptures will float just inches off the ground, designed to react to air currents in the environment. Bobo is the first commissioned artist for this ongoing program. The installation will be on view to the public beginning March 28.
