Those on the May 11 tour, organized by the Georgetown Garden Club, took in not only trees, plantings and flowers but pools, fountains, statuary and garden furniture.
This year’s seven gardens, ranging from the majestic to smaller, cleverly designed spaces, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, rain or shine.
Don’t forget: Sunday is Mother’s Day, with flower-forward workshops at Milk Bar, the Lemon Collective and the Farm at 55 M Street.
