Breakfast With Chase Rynd POSTPONED!


PLEASE NOTE: This event has been postponed due to coronavirus-related concerns. If restrictions are lifted, the Cultural Leadership Breakfast Series will resume on Thursday, April 16.

Chase Rynd, executive director of the National Building Museum since 2003, will be next month’s speaker in Georgetown Media Group’s Cultural Leadership Breakfast Series. The event will take place on Thursday, March 19, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at 1310 Kitchen & Bar by Jenn Crovato, 1310 Wisconsin Ave. NW.

A graduate of Georgetown University, prior to returning to D.C. Rynd led the Tacoma Art Museum in Washington state and the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville. Currently closed for renovations, the National Building Museum, housed in the Pension Building, designed in 1881 by Montgomery Meigs, will soon reopen to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

This Cultural Leadership Breakfast will take place at 1310 Kitchen & Bar in the Georgetown Inn, 1310 Wisconsin Ave. NW. Valet parking at the Georgetown Inn is complimentary with validation for breakfast attendees.
